Oh who am I kidding, I just forgot about this blog.
Well kids, I'm off to college again! But not back to the U. I actually decided to stay in good ol' Utah county, attend Utah Valley University, finish up my associates, live in BYU housing and hopefully end up at my dream school, BYU.
Okay, not really my dream school, but I really, really, really want to go there. Their animation program feeds right into Dreamworks! And Pixar! A literal dream come true. But I guess I'll just have to wait and see what fate has in store for me.
Hopefully I'll be keeping a better blog for the next... forever. I'll try really hard. I don't really know what to take pictures of. Myself? The sky? Grass? Awkward people around campus? I don't know.. Any ideas?
Well, ttfn friends!!

Oh hey guyz
Well hey there. It's been about 7 million years since I've posted. K not really, but kinda. Welp, here are am. An entire year of college underneath my belt. <<-- That's an odd expression, no? Anyway. It's strange being home. My mom told me to clean my room and I was like what the... I'll clean my room if I want to clean my room. But then I remembered that I'm back under my parents roof which = parent's rules. So odd.
So for the summer I have some pretty darn coolio julio plans. I'm working as an intern for a film firm called Symbio Media. I basically do whatever he asks me to. i.e. editing, cropping, rendering, muscle work on shoots, etc. Oh, and wanna know the coolest part? I get to travel. OH YA. There's a shoot in SanFran (that will be awesome since I didn't get to go for Spring Break), a shoot in North Carolina, and screenings of one of the films all across the country. EEEEE. Srsly. So much excitement.
On top of that I need to get another job so that I will be working full time. I am currently looking for something in clothing retail (pretty much so I can get discounts on clothes, let's be real). I have an interview for Macy's next Thursday, so that should be good.
Ah. Well my friends I have been 100% converted to country music, country dancing, country accents, and country men. I've always wanted a southern accent, but after I got seriously into country music the desire is pulsating within my very bones. I WANT IT. I'm going country dancing on Saturday. It's going to be so much fun. And country men, need I explain that one? Respectful, hard working, attractive, strong, and simple. So much yes. Mostly I just want someone who will respect me and doesn't it seem as though country boys win in the quality? I think so. And he needs to drive a crappy truck.
Me and my sister are in a play! At the Scera. Maybe you've heard of it. It's called "The Wizard of Oz." No? Hm. Maybe you live underneath a rock. We are both ensemble, she plays a munchkin, a winkie and a citizen of oz; I play an apple tree, a jitterbug, and a citizen of oz. And then we are both citizens of Kansas. If you're in town, you should probably stop by and see it. It plays from June 8-23 in the Scera shell. You can get tickets at scera.org.
THE BABY IS HERE. Little Scott K. McMillan was born at 11:21am, May 6th, 4 lbs 11oz (he was a month premature), 17 1/2 in. long. And I must say. He is literally the cutest baby I've ever seen in my life.
Melisa is home from her mission, also! She's in the play with me. It's so awesome that's she's home because I really missed her.

An Old Poem
so... FINALS. My last one is tonight at 6. It's Math 1010. Boy will I be glad to be rid of that class. Anyway, as I was...erm... studying, I decided I should probably finish my writing portfolio that is due today. And guess what I found! A relic. A poem I wrote in 10th grade about male and female stereotypes. Maybe you could read it. And maybe you could leave a comment about what you think of male and female stereotypes. Ya? Cool. You guys are awesome.
I Could Believe
by Tamela Daley
For example, Blocks.
Stacking rings.
Mr. Potato Head.
(What about Mrs. Potato Head? See what I mean?)
Those Little People that come in a family
their own house
their own car –
A hole in front and one in back.
His and Hers.
So right away you have to make a choice.
And then I had a vacuum –
red with a black handle and little wheels. I followed my mother’s vacuum through the family room,
down the hall,
every room in the house.
And I could believe
that the noise was coming from my vacuum.
That I was doing the work.
I was helping, you know?
I was important because I was helping.
This is how we learn what we will become.
My brother had a Corn Popper.
It looked like my vacuum with a long, blue handle,
but at its base was a bubble, and balls that popped
like gunfire as he raced down the hall.
head down,
fearless,
a soldier who would save the battalion
score the final touchdown,
earn a million dollars,
win the girl.
The good girl who is helpful and clean.

yo
hey err body. I know. It's been a long time. Well, to make up for it, I created this really awesome video. I just finished the Premiere Pro CS5 Unit in one of my classes and this is what I did for my final project. It's a mash up trailer of Toy Story and Behind Enemy Lines. Enjoy and let me know what you think. It's kind of awkward because it won't upload directly to my blog. So here's the youtube link:

It's all I want
This is what I want for Valetine's day. Or... This is what I WOULD want if there was someone to give it to me..
If you've never tried that chocolate bar ^^, then you are missing out. Oh my goodness. Literal heaven filled paper wrapper. And as for the Venus fly trap bouquet... I'm just a little obsessed with venus fly traps. Because they both freak me out and fascinate me. A carnivorous plant. So strange. Happy V-Day everyone!
