A Crazy Day

Wow. Today was seriously crazy. To start it off it was my sister's one year anniversary. What cutie pies! I took these pictures for them yesterday.

And a few more, but I liked those the best. Anywho! Today I went boating at 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM. It was a BLAST. Pictures will be coming but it was my friend's mom that took them so it might be a while. My friend has this giant boat and they just got a new giant tube that fits four people lying down. It was seriously insane! I think I gained a lot of upper arm strength holding on for dear life. But, as boating always is, it was a blast.
I had an interview at five for Seven Peaks water park in Provo, which is why we were done by three. I wore the above outfit. I thought it looked professional and fun! I thought the interview went very well but I guess we'll see on monday.
On the way home my car decided to be the old grandpa it is (no offense to the elderly...). As I was minding my own business, driving down the freeway, the speedometer suddenly started going down. Hm, this is odd, I thought and pushed the gas. Nope. Nothing. So I tried the break. Same story. I quickly turned on my blinker and got over onto the shoulder. The scary thing is, our freeways are under construction so there aren't many shoulders around. LUCKILY I got over just in the nick of time, right before the shoulder disappeared. I called my dad, he told me what to do, I started my car and drove up to the off ramp and, yep. You guessed it. My car shut down again. Same thing happened and I drove to my uncle's where he helped fix it... Sort of. And that's it! It was quite the scary thing, let me tell you!
Well, that's it for today. Hopefully I'll have a recipe for tomorrow!
