It's a "Happy Hippo" biscuit from the brand Kinder. I was sitting at a table with a friend from one of my classes, waiting for my second class. He got up to refill a drink from the cafe right by our class, and came back with two of these. One for him, one for me. He told me that he used to buy these all the time on his mission in Brazil and was so surprised that they had them there. It's basically a wafer filled with hazelnut flavored creme. Oh my word. SO good.
