2 AM?! and winter wear

The reason I look like winter is because first, it feels like winter here. I think sometimes Utah forgets that there are four seasons and it only gives us 2 1/4 seasons. The 1/4th being the two seconds of Spring we got this year. And second, I have yet to buy some fall clothes. I'm going to DI today to get some in fact!

I bet you're dying to know why this title has "2AM" with an exclamation point and a question mark. Well, this is why. The other night my friend Colin asked me if I wanted to make cookies or something. Obviously I said yes. So he came over, and him, Ashley and I made and decorated sugar cookies. I'm still kicking myself for not taking pictures. Anyway, we get talking about pretty much everything.

Ashley and I don't do a lot of small talking. We will ask each other how the other's day went and such, but we really talk about real things. Like how the media is destroying the world, our school system, the government, life in general and stuff like that. Not stupid things like who's dating who in hollywood, or what happened last night on Jersey Shore. (No offense if you talk about that kind of stuff. I still love you!)

Anyway! Back to the story. So we get talking about.. mostly life in general. Deep, philosophical stuff. And before we knew it, it was 2 in the morning. Where did time go?! I do not joke when I say I thought it was maybe 11 o'clock. Colin told me it was 2 and I didn't believe him. Even when he showed me his phone and even after Ashley showed me hers! I thought they were just pulling a joke on me. I pushed guide on the TV and it said 2:04 and so did the computer. I honestly did. not. believe it. 

I looked on my phone and iPod and they both said 2:06 or whatever. I went to bed and to this day, I still don't believe it was 2 o'clock in the morning. But alas, such is the college life. So fun!!
